New Issue-Oklahoma Gas & Electric sells $250 mln notes
Sept 4 (Reuters) - Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co, a subsidiary of OGE Energy Corp (OGE.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), on Thursday sold $250 million of 10-year senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.
UBS Investment Bank and Wachovia Securities were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
