New Issue-Ohio Power Co sells $250 mln in notes
Sept 4 (Reuters) - Ohio Power Company, a subsidiary of American Electric Power Co Inc (AEP.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), on Thursday sold $250 million of five-year senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.
UBS Investment Bank, Calyon Financial and Citigroup Global Markets were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
