Ecuador says OPEC should mantain output levels

QUITO, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Ecuador will propose OPEC keep current output levels unchanged in the cartel's next meeting as a drop in world oil prices reflects the market's reality, Oil Minister Galo Chiriboga said Wednesday.
