Malaysia's IJM to bid to buy out ICP minorities
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 5 (Reuters) - Malaysia's Industrial Concrete Products (ICPB.KL: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Friday that its stock and that of its majority owner, builder and engineer IJM Corp (IJMS.KL: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), were suspended on Friday pending a buyout by IJM.
The announcement came after Aseambankers said in its morning research note on Thursday that IJM might buy out the 36.5 percent of ICP it did not own.
IJM stock traded at 5.10 ringgit prior to the announcement and ICP at 2.83, up 1.1 percent from Thursday's close.
